Yes. You can schedule a tour directly through our website at your convenience.
Do you offer self-guided tours?
Yes. We offer self-guided tours 7 days a week.
Can I apply online?
Yes, all applications must be completed through our website.
What is needed to complete an online application?
An application fee and holding deposit are required to submit the application.
Applications, Qualifications & Fees
What are the requirements to apply for an apartment?
Applicants must complete an application and meet community qualification requirements, including income and screening criteria.
What are the income requirements?
The combined gross monthly income of all applicants must be at least 2.5 times the monthly rent. If applying with a co-signer or guarantor, the co-signer/guarantor must demonstrate a gross monthly income of at least 3 times the monthly rent.
What documents are needed to apply?
Applicants must provide one of the following:
- Two months of the most recent payroll-generated pay stubs
- A recent IRS transcript along with 3 months of Bank Statements
Please note that all submitted documents must successfully pass Snappt authentication screening.
Are there application fees or deposits required?
Yes.
What is the application fee?
An application fee of $66.92 per applicant who is 18 years of age or older. Application fees are non-refundable.
What is the required deposit?
A $250 holding deposit is due with the application. Security deposits are $500+.
Pets
What is your pet policy?
We welcome up to two pets per home.
Are there breed restrictions for pets?
Restricted Breeds: Rottweiler, Pit Bull, American Terrier, Akita Inu, Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Alaskan Malamute, Doberman Pinsher, Chow, German Shepherd, Presa Canario, Siberian Husky, Husky
What pet fees are required?
$500.00 deposit per pet.
How much is pet rent each month?
No monthly pet fee.
Parking
What parking options are available?
We offer two parking options:
- Assigned uncovered parking: Reserved uncovered spaces
- Assigned carport parking: Reserved covered spaces
Lease Terms & Renewals
What lease terms are available?
Lease terms range from 3 to 12 months.
Do you offer short-term leases?
Yes, pricing varies per term.
How do lease renewals work?
Renewal offers are sent to residents before their lease expires. Residents can review and select a renewal option through the resident portal or contact the leasing office to discuss their available options.
Can I renew my lease for a different lease term?
Yes, residents can request a different lease term than what was offered in their renewal offer, but it is subject to availability and approval.
Utilities, Internet & Packages
What utilities are included with my apartment?
Water, sewer, and trash
Is internet included?
Xfinity Community Internet is available to residents and is billed directly through the resident portal.
How are packages delivered?
Packages may be delivered directly to your apartment by the delivery carrier or placed in the property's secure package lockers, depending on the carrier's delivery procedures.
How do package lockers work?
The property uses Parcel Pending secure package lockers. To retrieve your package, you must create and activate a Parcel Pending account. Once a package is delivered to a locker, you will receive a notification with a unique access code to retrieve your package.
How do I submit a maintenance request?
Maintenance requests can be submitted through the resident portal or community app.
How long does maintenance take to complete requests?
Please allow our team up to 48 hours to complete your service request.
